十一加班期间，因为自己的失误，给周围工作的同时带来了许多麻烦，不管他们看不看得到都再次深表歉意。
我开始反思自己的工作，翻译到底是什么？毫无疑问，准确转达双方的意思是必要的。然而很多事情做起来都没有想象的容易。很多时候，如果一方语气很重很生气我会有些为难，我总想尽量让气氛不要那么尴尬。不过东福先生跟我说，他生气或者不满时有理由的，需要我原样的转达给其他同事。也是，如果一方没能完全理解对方的意思，没有感觉到对方的不满，接下来的工作的还是会不尽人意。当然，我想这并不表示不需要从中调解，毕竟让双方工作顺利进行也是我的工作。我想，翻译到底是什么还需要在今后的工作中一点点积累，一点点探索。想起上篇博客的题目----负责，对于我现在的疑惑也是适用的吧，翻译大多数时候是转达的其他人的意思，而我需要对自己说翻译的每一句话负起责任，让大家的工作能够顺利地进行。
